The return & exchange policy on any item is 5 days from the original date of purchase.
Return Procedure
If you are not pleased with any selection made please notify our customer service department within 5 Days of the original purchase date during normal business hours M-F / 9-5 PST. You will be instructed on how to return the item in its original condition (no extra shipping charges will incur) for a complete refund of the purchase price minus the original shipping cost and a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged Items
If an item was damaged during shipping, you will need to contact our customer service center immediately (within 24 hours of shipment) during normal business hours M-F / 9-5 PST. You will be instructed on how to return the item for a No Charge Replacement, shipping included.
